Ingredients

  • 4 - green apples, cored and cut 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 - bananas, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/3 cup pineapple orange juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup margarine, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped, toasted

  • Step 1
    Combine apples, bananas, pineapple orange juice, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg in 9x9 baking pan.
  • Step 2
    Blend together the sugar, oats, flour and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
  • Step 3
