This is NOT my original recipe, but every time I tried to pinch it, a similar recipe (not this one!) came up... so I'm entering it by hand. It is from All Recipes. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    cold water
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon

How to Make Baked Pineapple

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease a 9 x 9 baking dish
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix together the pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, water, eggs, and vanilla
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish
  5. Dot the mixture with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon
  6. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour
