Ingredients

  • 2 can(s)
    (20 ounces each) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 5 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c
    ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, melted

How to Make Baked Pineapple

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine sugar and flour with the pineapple chunks in a bowl and then place into a greased baking dish. Top with cheese, crumbs and then butter (in that order). Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes.
  2. Double this recipe for a 9 X 13 baking dish.
