This is from my hubby's grandma from a REALLY long time ago but its sooo good! Don't worry if it gets really brown on top...that's the best part!

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    1" bread cubes (any kind of bread stale or not)
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    butter, melted
  • 2 can(s)
    pineapple, chunks

How to Make Baked Pineapple

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat eggs sugar and butter together then stir in bread and pineapple. Pour into a 8X8 baking dish and bake for 50 minutes. Don't worry about it getting brown ontop as that's the best part. Take out let cool enough to eat and it wont last long.
