Aunt Fanny's Sweet Cherry Frozen Loaf
This is an old classic recipe (Aunt Fanny made it in the 1960's and 1970's) that has stood the test of time!
We all loved it!

1 can(s)dark sweet cherries (16 oz)
1 can(s)crushed pineapple (8 and 3/4 oz)
1 can(s)mandarin oranges (11 oz)
1 pkgcream cheese (8 oz), at room temperature
1 csour cream
2 cminiature marshallows
1/2 cchopped pecans
How to Make Aunt Fanny's Sweet Cherry Frozen Loaf
- Drain fruits. Reserve a few cherries and orange segments for garnish.
Beat cream cheese til fluffy; blend in sour cream, sugar and salt.
Fold in fruits, marshmallows and pecans.
Pour into 8 and 1/2-inch by 4 and 1/2-inch loaf pan and freeze 6 hours or overnight.
Unmold; add garnish.
