When the peaches are ripe take advantage of this luscious fruit and concoct this airy old time dessert. Puff pastry is baked till golden, topped with peaches arranged in a petal like spiral looking like a rose. Then glazed with the apricot preserves. This makes a beautiful, delightful, golden presentation. I tasted this at a party, years ago,and my friend gave me the recipe. Everyone loved it! Picture and recipe cut from a 1950 home magazine.
