Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/4 cup apricot peach jam
- 2 large apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 1 tablespoon cold butter
How To Make apple tart

Step 1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2Gently roll out the puff pastry on a piece of parchment paper. Move the rolled puff pastry to a large baking sheet using the parchment paper. Spread the jam over the top, leaving a 1/2-1 inch border around the edge.

Step 3Arrange the cut apples over the jam.

Step 4In a small bowl, stir the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In another small bowl, whisk the egg and water together.

Step 5Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the apples and brush the edges of the puff pastry with the egg wash.
