Ingredients
- 1 box refrigerated pie crust
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 9 cups thinly sliced peeled apples- 9 med.
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
How To Make apple slab pie

Step 1Heat oven to 450. Remove pie crusts from the pouches, on lightly floured surface unroll & stack all on top of one another. Roll to 17x12 rectangle. Fit crust into 15x10x1 in pan. Pressing into corners & up the sides of the pan, fold any excess under. Crimp edges.

Step 2Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt & lemon juice. Stir in apples to coat. Spoon apple mixture into crust lined pan.

Step 3Bake 33-38 min. or until crust is brown & filling is bubbly. Cool on rack for 45 min. Mix powdered sugar & milk, drizzle over pie. Allow glaze to set before serving.
