I was recently at a BBQ and one of the guests brought this for dessert..This was so good ,I barely got a taste ..it went fast--even the kids liked it...Renae was good enough to share the recipe and when you try it, I am sure you will love it too...enjoy! Photo later

Ingredients
- 8 cups diced apples
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2/3 cup crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
- 8 ounces thawed cool whip
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 cups salted peanuts,skinless
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
How To Make apple fluff dessert

Step 1Mix flour, sugars, 1/4 cup reserved juice, eggs and vinegar in a saucepan. Heat until thick,stirring often over medium heat.

Step 2Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes off the heat;then cool in the refrigerator. When cold add the apples and pineapple, then stir in the peanuts and fold in the cool whip.
