I was recently at a BBQ and one of the guests brought this for dessert..This was so good ,I barely got a taste ..it went fast--even the kids liked it...Renae was good enough to share the recipe and when you try it, I am sure you will love it too...enjoy!

Ingredients

8 c
diced apples
1/2 c
granulated sugar
1/2 c
light brown sugar
2/3 c
crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
8 oz
thawed cool whip
2 Tbsp
cider vinegar
2 c
salted peanuts,skinless
2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
2 large
eggs, beaten

How to Make Apple Fluff Dessert

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix flour, sugars, 1/4 cup reserved juice, eggs and vinegar in a saucepan.
    Heat until thick,stirring often over medium heat.
  • 2Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes off the heat;then cool in the refrigerator.
    When cold add the apples and pineapple, then stir in the peanuts and fold in the cool whip.
