  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c

How to Make Apple Enchiladas


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Spoon about 1 heaping tablespoon of pie filling in the center of tortilla then spread down the middle. Sprinkle with a little bit of cinnamon. Roll up folding edges to keep filling inside. Place seam side down in baking dish.
  3. In a sauce pan combine the water, sugars and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minute. Pour mixture over tortillas and let stand for 30 minutes.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
