How To Make apple dumplings
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Cut each crescent roll in 1/2 and apples in 1/8's (I don't even peel them, but you can if you want to.) Wrap each wedge of apple with a piece of cresent roll dough and position in baking dish until all dough and apples are used, if I have apple left, I put them in the dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix butter, sugar and o.j. and pour over apples. Bake until golden, bubbly, and juice is thickened. (When still warm and ready to serve, go ahead and put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.)
