How to Make Apple Crisp on the Grill

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel apples. Slice and put in a greased 9x9 foil or metal pan. Stir in 1/4 cup of the brown sugar.
  2. Topping:
Combine remaining brown sugar, oatmeal, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
  3. Place pan in center of cooking grill. Cook 35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is crisp.

    Serve warm with ice cream.
  4. I usually combine the ingredients ahead of time before I grill the main meal.
Just before everyone finishes their meal I throw this on the grill to cook.
