How to Make Apple Crisp
- Butter a 9x13 pan and fill with peeled and sliced apples.
Mix 1 cup sugar, cinnamon and 2 T. flour and stir into the apples.
- Whisk the remaining dry ingredients together, add vanilla, then cut in the cold butter until mix resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake 350 degrees for about an hour or until bubbly and golden.
- I like to use a variety of 3 apples when I make this or any other apple dish. Braeburn, granny smith and honey crisp or cortland are all good !
Serve warm with ice cream or cheese!
