Ingredients
- 6-7 cups sliced apples
- 3/4-1 cup sugar
- 1-2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-2 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup butter, cold
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1-2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
How To Make apple crisp

Step 1Butter a 9x13 pan and fill with peeled and sliced apples. Mix 1 cup sugar, cinnamon and 2 T. flour and stir into the apples.

Step 2Whisk the remaining dry ingredients together, add vanilla, then cut in the cold butter until mix resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the apples.

Step 3Bake 350 degrees for about an hour or until bubbly and golden.

Step 4I like to use a variety of 3 apples when I make this or any other apple dish. Braeburn, granny smith and honey crisp or cortland are all good ! Serve warm with ice cream or cheese!
