Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped granny smith apples
  • 3 cups chopped braeburn apple's
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • oat topping, recipe follows

How To Make

    preheat oven to 350°. Spray eight ramekins each 1 cup capacity, with nonstick baking spray with flour.

    In a large bowl, mix apples, sugar, flour, and pie spice, stirring well. Spoon into prepared ramekins. Spoon topping over apples. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is Golden Brown. Serve at once.

    Oat topping: 1 cup regular oats 1 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup melted butter 2 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 teaspoons salt in medium bowl mix oats, walnuts, butter, sugar, flour, and salt. Mix well.
