I loved our High Schools Apple Crisp and this is as close as you can get it! I 'm not sure just how I came about getting this recipe but it is as good as my High Schools! i hope you like it as well Enjoy!?
ps I have also used other fruits and a blend of fruits ex: triple berry i've used fresh or frozen when using frozen I have omited the 1 T of water.

Ingredients

  • 4 c
    apples ( i use granny smiths)
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, light
  • 2 Tbsp
    white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 c
    butter, cold (1 stick)

How to Make Apple Crisp

Step-by-Step

  1. ,grease an 8 in pan
    arrange apples in pan and sprinkle water and lemon juice over them
  2. Mix flour,brown sugar, white sugar and cinnamon all together cut in the cold butter (I slice butter up easer to cut in)Bake in preheated oven @ 350 for 30 mins let cool or eat warm . good with whip cream or ice cream! Delish Enjoy
