Ingredients

·"butter flavored" cooking spray
-
3 capples, peeled and chopped
-
2 cfresh cranberries
-
1 cgranulated sugar, or diabetic substitute
-
1 crolled oats
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed or diabetic substitute

1/3 call-purpose flour or unbleached all-purpose flour
-
1/2 cpecans
-
6 Tbspbutter or vegetarian alternative or spray top with "butter flavored" cooking spray
How to Make Apple-Cranberry Crumble
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a shallow 2 quart baking dish, with cooking spray.
- In prepared dish, combine apples, cranberries, and granulated sugar.
- In medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and pecans. Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit. Dot, with butter.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until fruit is tender and topping is browned. Makes 6-8 servings.
