Ingredients For apple-cranberry crumble

1 1/2 lbapples (3 med.),peeled and cored

1/2 ccranberries, fresh or frozen, coarsely chopped

1/4 csugar

1/2 tspground cinnamon

coarse salt

4 Tbspbutter, cold, unsalted + more for dish

1/2 cpecans, coarsely chopped

1/4 call purpose flour
-
1/4 cold fashioned oats (not quick cooking)

3 Tbsplight-brown sugar, packed
How To Make apple-cranberry crumble

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2Quarter apples lengthwise, then thinly slice. Toss in a large bowl with cranberries, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until evenly coated.

3Butter an 8-inch square glass or ceramic baking dish. Mix pecans, flour, oats brown sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl until combined. Cut butter into small pieces and work in to mixture until crumbly. with pea size chunks.

4Spread apple mixture in prepared dish, sprinkle with topping. Bake until filling is bubbling and topping is golden brown, 25 to 30 mins.

5Cool slightly before serving.
