    apples; cored, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 c

    cream or milk
  • 1 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    sifted flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp

How to Make Apple Cobbler Casserole


  1. Butter a 2 qt. casserole dish. Place peeled and sliced apples in casserole. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and the cinnamon, sprinkle on apples and mix in. In a medium bowl beat egg, add cream and butter. Add dry ingredients and remaining sugar all at once to egg mixture. Stir until smooth. Pour over apples in casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for about 55 minutes.
