Ingredients
- 3 large granny smith apples ( or any apples you like... i mixed them... grannies, honeycrisps and macs)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make apple cobbler

Step 1Put apples in the bottom of a lightly greased 8x8 inch baking dish.

Step 2Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and egg until it looks like coarse cornmeal.

Step 3Sprinkle topping over the apples.

Step 4Pour melted butter over the entire dish.

Step 5Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 6Serve with vanilla ice cream and/or caramel sauce.

Step 7For an extra crunch you can add some chopped walnuts.
