This is a recipe I created. It is full of apples and has a hint of apple cider flavor. It is a really easy bread to make. I hope you all enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • TOP
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/ 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • BREAD
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chopped apples ( i used golden deliciou)
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1 - beaten egg
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

How To Make apple cider bread by nor

  • Step 1
    Mix the flor, sugar, and cinnamon together. Add in the butter. Knead mixture together for topping. Crumble the mixture. Set aside into refrigerator.
  • Step 2
    Heat oven to 350 degree's. Grease and flour loaf pan. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    In a bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • Step 4
    In another bowl. Mix apples, sugar, Cinnamon , and cider.
  • Step 5
    Mix in the melted butter. Then, Mix in the beaten egg.
  • Step 6
    Add flour mixture to apple mixture. Stir to combine well. Mix in the walnuts.
  • Step 7
    Take topping from refrigerator and sprinkle over top of loaf.
  • Step 8
    Place in oven on center rack. Take approximately 45 minutes-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Step 9
    Remove from oven and cool. Turn upside down onto wire rack after one hour. Ready to slice and serve. After loaf is completely cool .
