This is a recipe I created. It is full of apples and has a hint of apple cider flavor. It is a really easy bread to make. I hope you all enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • TOP

  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/ 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • BREAD

  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    chopped apples ( i used golden deliciou)
  • 3/4 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    apple cider
  • 1
    beaten egg
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts

How to Make Apple Cider Bread by Nor

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the flor, sugar, and cinnamon together. Add in the butter. Knead mixture together for topping. Crumble the mixture. Set aside into refrigerator.
  2. Heat oven to 350 degree's.
    Grease and flour loaf pan. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  4. In another bowl. Mix apples, sugar, Cinnamon , and cider.
  5. Mix in the melted butter. Then, Mix in the beaten egg.
  6. Add flour mixture to apple mixture. Stir to combine well. Mix in the walnuts.
  7. Take topping from refrigerator and sprinkle over top of loaf.
  8. Place in oven on center rack. Take approximately 45 minutes-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from oven and cool. Turn upside down onto wire rack after one hour. Ready to slice and serve. After loaf is completely cool .
