Ingredients
- 4 cups apples (johnathan, rome, or granny smith)
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
How To Make apple cheese crisp

Step 1Mix water and lemon juice in an 8x8 baking pan. Arrange sliced apples in the dish

Step 2In a small mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, cinnamon. Cut butter into the mixture until crumbly. Toss shredded cheddar cheese in the mixture.

Step 3Sprinkle mixture over the apples and bake for 30 minutes @ 350F (until topping is brown and crispy)
