I got this recipe from my son-in-laws mother. She is Hispanic and makes all kinds of wonderful meals. This is so good, I've actually have had it for breakfast!! Now, if I could just make her rice and beans the way she does, I'd be golden,lol.

Ingredients
- 1 - 21 oz can apple pie filling
- 8 - 6" flour tortillas, i used whole grain
- 1-1/2 cup apple cider
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
How To Make apple burritos

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a baking dish lightly w/ cooking spray. Spoon 1/3 cup pie filling onto each tortilla and rool up. Place, seam-side down in baking dish.

Step 2In saucepan, combine apple cider, sugar and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring often. reserve 1/2 cup sauce. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas.

Step 3Bake tortillas, covered, for 30 mins. Uncover and bake for 20 mins, or until tortillas are lightly browne. Serve w/ reserved sauce. I also serve w/ a little dollop of whipped cream.
