Ingredients

2 cfresh or frozen mixed berries or other fruit

2 crolled oats( oatmeal not quick cooking)

1/2 cchopped pecans or other nuts, walnuts, almonds

1 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsea salt

1 cgrated apple, peeled and cored

1 cmilk any type
-
1/2 cvanilla yogurt
-
1/3 cmaple syrup
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
1 largeegg plus 1 egg yolk
How to Make Apple-Berry Baked Oatmeal
- Preheat oven to 375^. Coat a 9-inch pie dish or 9-inch square dish with cooking spray; set aside.
In a large bowl stir together berries, oats, pecans, baking powder, salt and apple. - In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, yogurt, syrup, vanilla, egg and extra yolk; stir into oat mixture.
- Pour into prepared pie dish and bake until firm and golden brown on top, about 45-50 minutes. Cut into slices or squares and serve.
