The other day I had a taste for something sweet and gooey but didn't have anything special in the fridge or pantry. I decided to try a cobbler with some canned homemade peach marmalade and pear preserves leftover from last season. Plus some jams & jellies I had on hand. If it didn't turn out, oh well, at least I tried. It turned out to be very good.
