The other day I had a taste for something sweet and gooey but didn't have anything special in the fridge or pantry. I decided to try a cobbler with some canned homemade peach marmalade and pear preserves leftover from last season. Plus some jams & jellies I had on hand. If it didn't turn out, oh well, at least I tried. It turned out to be very good.

1/2-1 tsp
jam, jelly or preserves ( your favorite flavors)

1Melt butter in a 9x13 greased pan in microwave.
2Add fruit on top of butter. Dab fruit with teaspoons of any type of jam or jelly in various areas on top of fruit already in pan. I used blackberry jelly, strawberry jam and apple-cinnamon jelly.
3In a separate bowl, mix together with a whisk until well blended, flour, sugar and milk.
4Pour this batter on top of fruit and Do Not Stir.
5Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned and middle does not jiggle. Approx. 30-35 minutes. Check at 25 minutes.
