Airy Raspberry Delight
I posted 15 mins to bake. What you're looking for is the pastry to be golden and crisp so watch and check
1/2 boxfrozen puff pastry
1 1/2 Tbspbirds custard
11/2 c2% milk
fl1/2 juice of large lemon
1 ptfresh raspberry
·sweetned whipped whipping cream
·dusting of powdered sugar
·lemon zest, grated
1 Tbspwhite sugar
How to Make Airy Raspberry Delight
- Make the custard and add juice of the Lemon while cooking. At this point I also added 1 Tbsp of white sugar to the custard while cooking
Add 1/2 of the Zest to the custard as well
By adding the juice you cut back on the amount of milk required. I find close counts. What you're looking for is a thick consistency. The lemon is suttle but important Cover and chill
- Now it's time to Assemble.
