A coworker was talking about how good this was so I thought I'd pass the recipe on. You can use any frozen fruit you like.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags 12 oz. frozen fruit - i used a cherry berry blend
  • 1 box white cake mix (don't use one with pudding in the mix)
  • 10-12 ounces 7up

How To Make 7up fruit cobbler

  • Step 1
Spray a 9x13 pan and spread frozen fruit evenly in bottom of the pan.
  • Step 2
Sprinkle dry cake mix over the frozen fruit.
  • Step 3
Slowly pour the 7up over the dry cake mix.
  • Step 4
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  • Step 5
I let mine cool but I'm guessing it would be great served warm with either ice cream or whipped cream
