4 and a half cup ambrosia
The original recipe is called "5 cup Ambrosia" but I feel the full cup of sweetened flaked coconut is too much, if you are a fan of coconut add a full cup. This is SO easy. It can be served alone or with a nice slice of Angel Food cake.

Ingredients
- 1 cup canned(or jarred) pineapple,drained
- 1 cup canned mandarin oranges(or jarred),drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- YOU CAN ADD FRUIT COCKTAIL IN PLACE OF EITHER OR BOTH FRUITS IF YOU WANT TO...IT IS STILL VERY GOOD.
- - jarred cherries for decorating if you like.
