Double Chocolate Pound Cake
It has been a MAJOR FAVORITE in our household ever since. My husband usually requests it for his birthday cake.
It takes less than an hour from start to finish. Very moist !!
- 1 pkg
- super moist chocolate fudge cake mix (betty crocker)
- 2/3 c
- 1 c
- sour cream
- 1 c
- miniature chocolate chips
How to Make Double Chocolate Pound Cake
- 1Beat cake mix, water, eggs and sour cream on low speed until well blended; then on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Fold in chips by hand.
Pour into greased and floured 12-cup bundt or tube pan.
Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
(do the toothpick test to make sure it’s done)
Cool 10 minutes in pan then invert on serving plate.
( I use Pam cooking spray in bundt pan)
