watergate salad
This was handed to me by a co worker whose mom made this for him to share with his co workers., delish and different from the ones posted on this site.

Ingredients
- 2 boxes instant pistashio pudding
- 4 cups cold milk (i use almond milk)
- 1 package 10 oz small marshmellows
- 1 can 20 oz pineapple tidbits or chunks (drained)
- 1 can 29 oz fruit cocktail (drained)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 large tub of cool whip lite
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts (your preference)
How To Make watergate salad

Step 1Prepare pudding as directed on box. Chill 1/2 hour

Step 2Mix sour cream and cool whip together. Fold in the Drained Fruit., gently mix and add to pudding.

Step 3Add the chopped nuts, coconut, and marshmallows. Mix gently.

Step 4Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Step 5Note: Make use of seasonal fruits and melons. Make sure they are well drained!
