2 boxinstant pistashio pudding
4 ccold milk (i use almond milk)
1 pkg10 oz small marshmellows
1 can(s)20 oz pineapple tidbits or chunks (drained)
1 can(s)29 oz fruit cocktail (drained)
1 csour cream
1 largetub of cool whip lite
1 cshredded coconut
1/2 ccrushed nuts (your preference)
How to Make Watergate Salad
- Prepare pudding as directed on box. Chill 1/2 hour
- Mix sour cream and cool whip together. Fold in the Drained Fruit., gently mix and add to pudding.
- Add the chopped nuts, coconut, and marshmallows. Mix gently.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Make use of seasonal fruits and melons. Make sure they are well drained!
