2 box
instant pistashio pudding
4 c
cold milk (i use almond milk)
1 pkg
10 oz small marshmellows
1 can(s)
20 oz pineapple tidbits or chunks (drained)
1 can(s)
29 oz fruit cocktail (drained)
1 c
sour cream
1 large
tub of cool whip lite
1 c
shredded coconut
1/2 c
crushed nuts (your preference)

How to Make Watergate Salad


  • 1Prepare pudding as directed on box. Chill 1/2 hour
  • 2Mix sour cream and cool whip together. Fold in the Drained Fruit., gently mix and add to pudding.
  • 3Add the chopped nuts, coconut, and marshmallows. Mix gently.
  • 4Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  • 5Note:
    Make use of seasonal fruits and melons. Make sure they are well drained!
  • 6Substitutes:
    Seasonal Fruit
