This was handed to me by a co worker whose mom made this for him to share with his co workers., delish and different from the ones posted on this site.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes instant pistashio pudding
  • 4 cups cold milk (i use almond milk)
  • 1 package 10 oz small marshmellows
  • 1 can 20 oz pineapple tidbits or chunks (drained)
  • 1 can 29 oz fruit cocktail (drained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 large tub of cool whip lite
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts (your preference)

How To Make watergate salad

  • Step 1
    Prepare pudding as directed on box. Chill 1/2 hour
  • Step 2
    Mix sour cream and cool whip together. Fold in the Drained Fruit., gently mix and add to pudding.
  • Step 3
    Add the chopped nuts, coconut, and marshmallows. Mix gently.
  • Step 4
    Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  • Step 5
    Note: Make use of seasonal fruits and melons. Make sure they are well drained!
  • Step 6
    Substitutes: Raisins Apples Almonds Strawberries Seasonal Fruit
