Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 2 box
    instant pistashio pudding
  • 4 c
    cold milk (i use almond milk)
  • 1 pkg
    10 oz small marshmellows
  • 1 can(s)
    20 oz pineapple tidbits or chunks (drained)
  • 1 can(s)
    29 oz fruit cocktail (drained)
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 large
    tub of cool whip lite
  • 1 c
    shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c
    crushed nuts (your preference)

How to Make Watergate Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare pudding as directed on box. Chill 1/2 hour
  2. Mix sour cream and cool whip together. Fold in the Drained Fruit., gently mix and add to pudding.
  3. Add the chopped nuts, coconut, and marshmallows. Mix gently.
  4. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  5. Note:
    Make use of seasonal fruits and melons. Make sure they are well drained!
  6. Substitutes:
    Raisins
    Apples
    Almonds
    Strawberries
    Seasonal Fruit
