Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and cooled rice
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/2 cup +2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 29oz. cans peach halfs
How To Make walnut and raisin rice pudding on a peach

Step 1Pre-heat oven 350 degrees. Rub a 8x8 glass dish with the softened butter. Spread rice in dish sprinkle evenly raisins then walnuts over .

Step 2In medium bowl -Stir cinnamon, salt ,nutmeg in with sugar whisk in milk, eggs ,and vanilla until sugar is dissolved ,pour over rice.

Step 3Place 8x8 dish in larger dish add very hot water slowly half way up . Bake 65 minutes. serve hot or cold on a well drained peach sprinkle more nuts on if you like.
