Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 cans cubed day old french bread
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- DRIZZLE
- 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make strawberry bread pudding with a strawberry drizzle

Step 1Heat Oven to 350. Then mix together eggs, milk, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Then add cubed bread and mix until covered. Then add fresh strawberries. Pour into a prepared 9x9 square pan and bake for 30 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 2For the Drizzle combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Then turn down to med and simmer, stirring frequently for 20 mins. Remove and strain and set aside.

Step 3Let the bread pudding cool for 5-10 mins then serve with drizzle. Vanilla Ice cream or whipped cream on top is also yummy.
