Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice uncooked
- 12 ounces can evaporated milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon each cloves, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, salt and cardoman
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup raisins
- - whipped topping (optional)
How To Make spiced pumpkin rice pudding

Step 1Combine all ingredients except vanilla and raisins. Cook over medium heat stirring frequently for 15 to 20 minutes. Until rice is cooked.

Step 2Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and raisins. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Step 3Serve warm or cold with whipped topping if desired
