rice pudding (no eggs)
This is so simple and so good. I got it from a friend who was from England. It is perfect for me since I am allergic to all poultry. Even if I wasn't I would still love it.

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons rice, uncooked
- 7 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pint table cream or half and half
- 1 pint milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- - nutmeg
How To Make rice pudding (no eggs)

Step 1Put rice, sugar, cream and milk in a two quart casserole pan and stir together.

Step 2Slice the butter and dot the top of the mixture with the butter. Shake ground or freshly grated nutmeg on top. You can use quite a bit of nutmeg, it just makes it better.

Step 3Bake at 300 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Enjoy!
