How to Make Rice Pudding (No Eggs)
- Put rice, sugar, cream and milk in a two quart casserole pan and stir together.
- Slice the butter and dot the top of the mixture with the butter. Shake ground or freshly grated nutmeg on top. You can use quite a bit of nutmeg, it just makes it better.
- Bake at 300 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Enjoy!
