How to Make Rice Pudding (No Eggs)
1Put rice, sugar, cream and milk in a two quart casserole pan and stir together.
2Slice the butter and dot the top of the mixture with the butter. Shake ground or freshly grated nutmeg on top. You can use quite a bit of nutmeg, it just makes it better.
3Bake at 300 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Enjoy!
