Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 2 - egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup post grape nuts cereal
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - egg whites, stiffly beaten
How To Make puff pudding

Step 1Cream butter with sugar and lemon rind. Add egg yolks and beat until light and fluffy.

Step 2Blend in lemon juice,flour,cereal and milk. It will look curdled.

Step 3Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into greased 1 quart baking dish and place the dish in pan of hot water.

Step 4Bake 325 degrees oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until top springs back when touched.

Step 5For individual puddings pour mixture into 5 5-ounce or 4 6-ounce custard cups. Bake for 40 minutes
