I had a loaf of Italian bread needing used up, so this is what I threw together. Just scrumptious! So easy...this would be great for any occasion. I served with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon...enjoy!

Ingredients

1 - 20 oz
can crushed pineapple, drained
1 stick
butter,melted
4
eggs
1 c
sugar
8 - 9 c
1/2 inch, cubed bread
sprinke
or 2 of ground cinnamon

How to Make Delicious Pineapple Souffle

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 30 degree F.

    Spray a 9 inch casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.

    Drain pineapple.

    Cube your bread.
  • 2In a bowl; mix eggs, sugar, drained pineapple, cinnamon and melted butter.
  • 3Mix the pineapple mixture with the bread, and let set till all of the liquid is absorbed.
  • 4Pour into prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 55 - 60 minutes.
  • 5Serve warm with a glaze or dollop of whipped cream.

    Enjoy!
