4 ccooked rice
1 can(s)(12-oz) evaporated milk
1 cmilk, whole
1 craisins, dried cranberries, and/or dried cherries
3 Tbspbutter, softened
1 tspground cinnamon
How to Make Old Fashioned Rice Pudding
- Lightly spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, evaporated milk, whole milk, sugar, and the water. Stir in fruit, butter, vanilla, and cinnamon. Transfer mixture to the cooker.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 2 to 3 hours. To serve, stir gently and spoon warm pudding into dessert dishes.
