This is one of those recipes that tastes elegant but uses simple ingredients. I love to take it to churck potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts, divided
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large cool whip
  • 2 boxes instant lemon pudding mix 3 oz
  • 3 cups milk

How To Make lemon lush

  • Step 1
    for crust_ preheat oven to 325. mix butter, flour and 1/2 cup nuts in a bowl. press into a 9x13 pan. Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool.
  • Step 2
    Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, 1 cup of cool whip, 2 boxes of pudding and 3 cups of milk until well blended.
  • Step 3
    spread evenly over cooled crust. top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with nuts.
