How to Make Great Grandmother's Baked Rice Pudding
1Cook rice in 3 qt. saucepan as you normally would.
(Bring rice to boil then reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes)
2Combine cooked rice with all other ingredients except cinnamon.
In a 10X6X2 baking dish which has been greased with butter (or margarine).
3Bake pudding in 325 degree oven for 1 hour or until set. Sprinkle with cinnamon on the top, if desired.
