Ingredients
- 4 cups milk, 1%
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup jasmine rice
- 1 large egg beaten
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon real vanilla
- 1/4 cup raisins optional
How To Make grandma helen's rice pudding

Step 1In saucepan place milk, rice, sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 min or until rice is soft and milk is creamy.

Step 2When finished cooking place the beaten egg mixed with the water and add slowly to the pudding. Cook for about 5 min more or until it is set up. You may add raisins and vanilla at this time if you desire.

Step 3Place in bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
