This is the best rice pudding so creamy and good!!!

Ingredients

4 c
milk, 1%
1/2 c
sugar
2/3 c
jasmine rice
1 large
egg beaten
2 Tbsp
water
1 tsp
real vanilla
1/4 c
raisins optional

Step-By-Step

1In saucepan place milk, rice, sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 min or until rice is soft and milk is creamy.
2When finished cooking place the beaten egg mixed with the water and add slowly to the pudding. Cook for about 5 min more or until it is set up. You may add raisins and vanilla at this time if you desire.
3Place in bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
