I found this on a diabetes website. It was midwinter and I was craving fruit. This was a perfect answer. Easy to make and I can make any flavor by just changing the drink mix powder flavor and garnish.

    cream cheese softened
  • 1 c
    skim milk
  • 8 oz
    whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 tsp
    sugar free fruit flavor drink mix powder
  • ·
    fruit for garnish

How to Make Fruity Mousse


  1. Beat cream cheese and drink powder in a large bowl. Slowly add milk to thin.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until well blended.
  3. Refrigerate until firm. Approximately 3 hours. Garnish with fruit.
