During the holidays, there are a lot of temptations to throw off your careful calorie counting. If you are watching your diet carefully, this is a nice under 200 calorie treat that you can indulge in.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    sugar free chocolate pudding
  • 1 pkg
    sugar free tapioca or rice pudding
  • 1 can
    whipped cream, sweetened

How To Make

    This snack is nice in a clear parfait glass or even a clear plastic cup
  • 2
    Spoon in Chocolate into bottom of cup. Then spoon in tapioca or rice pudding. Alternate layers to make pretty and decorative. Both containers of pudding equal around 160 total. calories.

    Spritz a squirt of the whipped cream topping on top. (Under 20 calories). What a nice and easy treat to keep yourself on track when everyone else is having high calorie pies or cookies.
