sugar free tapioca or rice pudding

How to Make EZ Treat Parfait

Step-by-Step

  • 1This snack is nice in a clear parfait glass or even a clear plastic cup
  • 2Spoon in Chocolate into bottom of cup.
    Then spoon in tapioca or rice pudding.
    Alternate layers to make pretty and decorative.
    Both containers of pudding equal around 160 total. calories.
  • 3Spritz a squirt of the whipped cream topping on top. (Under 20 calories).
    What a nice and easy treat to keep yourself on track when everyone else is having high calorie pies or cookies.
