custard bread pudding

I had left over unseasoned stuffing bread, so I tried making bread pudding for the first time. It turned out great and was easy.

Ingredients
- 7 ounces brownberry unseasoned stuffing/bread squares
- 6 - eggs, beaten
- 4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- - cinnamon/sugar for top
How To Make custard bread pudding

Step 1In a large bowl beat eggs, add milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla beat together (I mixed mine with a whisk). Add in bread squares and let set to soak for 15 minutes. Pour into a greased 9x9 pan, sprinkle cinnamon/sugar over the top (as much as you like)and bake at 350 degrees until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
