Ingredients
- 5 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2-3/4 cup rice (arborio)
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
How To Make creamy rice pudding

Step 1Cook milk, sugar and rice on medium heat for 1 1/2 hours on stove top. Stir often. Take the rice mixture off heat.

Step 2Beat eggs with vanilla. Remove 1 cup of the rice mixture and stir in beaten eggs. Add evaporated milk. Add mix back to pot and simmer gently for 2 minutes, just until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.

Step 3Chill and top with cinnamon, if desired.
