- cool whip
- 5.3 oz
- vanilla greek yogurt
How to Make Cheesecake Dessert Low Calorie
- 1Mix pudding mix and almond milk and stir like you're wishing you could count this for activity points.
- 2Use a spatula to fold in the Greek yogurt. Then use the same spatula to fold in your Cool Whip. Let set in fridge for about an hour before eating, if you can wait that long. Would be good with fresh strawberries.
- 3Makes 6 servings. (I haven't measure how much one serving actually is yet. I just ran a butter knife down and divided it into 6 even servings) 2 pp per serving
