    12 oz. each king's hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 can(s)
    21 oz. apple pie filling
  • 8 large
  • 1 bottle
    32oz. pumpkin pie coffee creamer
  • 1 jar(s)
    14oz. caramel apple dip (divided)
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla
  • 1 c
    brown sugar

How to Make Caramel Apple Bread Pudding


  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Spray a glass 9x13 inch dish with cooking spray
  3. Cut rolls into bite sized pieces and place in dish
  4. Chop apple pie filling into bite sized pieces. In a medium bowl, combine pie filling, eggs, creamer, half of the caramel dip, seasonings, vanilla and brown sugar. Whisk until fully mixed
  5. Pour over rolls, mix gently until liquid is absorbed. Mixture should be moist
  6. Bake 45 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched
  7. Cool, and drizzle with remaining caramel apple dip
