I wasn't hungry for Banana Pudding but didn't have bananas so I switched them out for blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint whole milk or half and half
  • 1 package (small) vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1/2 box nilla wafers
  • 8 ounces cool whip

How To Make blueberry pudding

  • Step 1
Using a mixer or food processor, combine milk, pudding, and cream cheese. Whip until smooth.
  • Step 2
Fold in 3/4 of the Cool Whip.
  • Step 3
In a glass bowl put down a layer of wafers. Use 1/3 of the pudding mixture on top of the wafers. Put half of the blueberries on the pudding mixture. Repeat. Combine the remainder of the Cool Whip with the pudding and put on top. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Step 4
If you would like to reserve some of the blueberries you can put them on top for decoration.
