Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cold milk
- 1 - envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 cup very hot milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
- 3/4 cup crushed ice
- - sweetened whipped cream and sliced bananas (optional)
How To Make blender chocolate pudding

Step 1Pour cold milk into blender container. Sprinkle gelatin onto cold milk; let stand several minutes to soften. Add hot milk; blend 2 minutes on low speed or until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add sugar, cocoa, and vanilla; blend well. Add cream and crushed ice; continue processing until ice is liquefied.

Step 2Allow to stand several minutes to begin setting. Pour into bowl or individual dessert dishes. Cover; chill at least 20 minutes or until set. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and sliced bananas.
