I love this salad you can make this with pineapple instant pudding but it's just not the same as making it yourself..

6 - bananas sliced
1 package marshmallows, mini
1 cup pecans chopped
4 - egg yokes
1 can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon flour
2 cans pineapple tidbits

How To Make banana salad

Step 1

Drain juice from pineapple into a heavy saucepan add flour milk and egg yokes.Cook until mixture thickens like pudding.Let cool.Pour into a large bowl.add pineapple,bananas,nuts and marshmallows mix well refrigerate for 2 or more hours
