Ingredients
- 1 - 9 " pastry shell
- 1 - 1 oz squares white baking chocolate
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel, optional
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh, sliced strawberries
- - whipped cream or one square melted white chocolate for garnish
How To Make white chocolate strawberry pie

Step 1In a double boiler or microwave, melt four squares of chocolate with milk. Cool to room temperature.

Step 2In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in orange peel and melted chocolate. Folded in whipped cream. (I buy liquid whipping cream and mix my own for this recipe. It makes a difference)

Step 3Spread into crust. Arrange strawberries on top. Top with whipping cream or melted white chocolate (I drizzle melted white chocolate) Refrigerate for one hour.
