My grandmother always made 2 Vinegar Pies for my dad on his birthday and of course we got a piece. Love the pie.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted or real soft
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cider or white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - unbaked pie shell
How To Make vinegar pie

Step 1In large bowl, combine sugar, eggs & vinegar. Mix well. Add vinegar and vanilla and mix for about 2 mins. on medium speed. (This will not fill a deep pie dish, you will need to double the ingredients for Deep Dish Pie.)

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 mins. or until the pie's ingredients do not move. It will jiggle.

Step 3Yeilds: 8 servings. Nutritional Facts: 1 serving (1 piece) equals 354 calories, 15 g fat (7 g saturated fat), 127 mg cholesterol, 190 mg sodium, 51 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 4 g protein.

Step 4Refigerate once cooled. or any left over pie.
