My grandmother always made 2 Vinegar Pies for my dad on his birthday and of course we got a piece. Love the pie.

butter, melted or real soft
1 1/2 Tbsp
cider or white vinegar
unbaked pie shell
How To Make
In large bowl, combine sugar, eggs & vinegar. Mix well. Add vinegar and vanilla and mix for about 2 mins. on medium speed.
(This will not fill a deep pie dish, you will need to double the ingredients for Deep Dish Pie.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 mins. or until the pie's ingredients do not move. It will jiggle.
Yeilds: 8 servings.
